Check out some popular menu items we put together for the holidays. Enjoy!

Entrées:

TURKEY (ALL-NATURAL FREE RANGE TURKEY)

Whole turkey, carved.

  1. Traditional
  2. Cajun
  3. Peppercorn
  4. Caribbean (allspice, ginger, mustard)
  5. Herbes de Provence (rosemary, thyme, sage, fennel)

HAM

  1. Honey baked
  2. Peach Honey Mustard
  3. Maple & brown Sugar
  4. Sweet Bourbon-Mustard glaze

Sides:

  1. Mashed Potatoes & Gravy (Traditional whipped Potatoes & home-made gravy made with turkey drippings)
  2. Potatoes Au Gratin (Scalloped Potatoes baked with cream, mixture of cheeses, chives)
  3. Stuffing (A classic thanksgiving dish with spicy sausage, cornbread, aromatic herbs & vegetables)
  4. Yams (Sweet & sour yams with pineapple, peppers, & onions)
  5. Green bean Casserole (creamy style green beans baked with a mixture of cheeses & topped with crunchy onions)
  6. Roasted Veggies (seasonal mix of baby carrots, squash, onions, green beans, snow peas, corn)
  7. 5 cheese Mac & Cheese  (Traditional Mac & cheese made with a 5 cheese blend, cream, and baked to perfection.)
  8. Caramelized Brussels Sprouts (Brussels Sprouts caramelized with balsamic vinegar, pancetta & Shallots)
  9. Roasted Broccoli & Cheddar  ( Broccoli oven roasted and then finished with cream & sharp cheddar cheese)

Desserts:

  1. Pumpkin Pie (11” home-made from fresh pumpkins) $20 each
  2. Apple Pie(11” Apple pie made from scratch) $20 each
  3. Salted Caramel Apple Pie è(11” Apple pie glazed in a sweet & sticky homemade caramel sauce & sprinkled with crushed sea salt) $20 each
